Four steps for a perfect cup with your CAFCO pour-over.
Heat the water to about 93°C and preheat the cone while rinsing the filter to remove residual flavors.
Add 15g of medium-ground coffee into the filter and level the bed with a gentle shake.
Begin pouring the water in slow, steady, and controlled circles, completing the extraction in 3 minutes.
Carefully remove the filter, serve in your favorite mug, and enjoy the honest taste of your coffee unhurried.
